I started Real estate as a profession in 1999.  I have always been licensed in Residential, Farm/acreage, Commercial, as well as Property management.  In 2010 I completed the requirements to become a Real estate Broker and currently am licensed as an Associate Broker.  I have the knowledge and experience to sell all types of properties. 

 I chose the profession because I have always had an interest in Real estate from owning and leasing properties.  In my spare time I enjoy working on my rental properties and watching sports like Hockey and football. 

 Over the years my career in Real estate has taken me through every type of situation. There are always obstacles and challenges in keeping deals together.  In many cases I see myself as a problem solver.  I enjoy marketing and selling investment properties from development land to multifamily buildings.  

 Before selling Real estate I enjoyed the job as automotive refinishing technician before moving on as owner/manager of the family's Automotive Parts store in Regina.  I have so many stories about my experiences over the years that I feel I could write a book. Some clients have become best friends.  My biggest joy is on possession day watching a client on their start of a new beginning.  Specially when getting the deal together was filled with challenges like battling with the Lenders and Insurers.

 Having my wife Karen and daughter Jenni also licensed in Residential Real estate helps in many ways.  As a team we all have special attributes to bring to the table in helping clients.  A buyer or seller Must feel comfortable with the agent representing them.
