These two quarters of grain/pasture land in the RM of Lakeside.The north quarter has 48 cultivated acres and 110 acres of pasture. There is a dugout in the South West corner of this quarter. The south quarter has 152 cultivated acres.There is good road access off of the #641 grid road. This land was flooded by the Quill Lakes when water levels hit 100 year highs in 2014, due to the flooding the assessed value and taxes were reduced. The water has now receded and once the land is reassessed, the assessed value and taxes will go back to where there should be.
